Grégoire Croullet, son of Novarc’s founder,  is responsible for the development of the SAFETY division. Grégoire ensures the group’s business model is upheld within this Business Unit.

UNDERSTAND HER ROLE

Louise Beauthéac is training in the field of Quality within CSA Production, a subsidiary of the Novarc Group. Rigor, ambition, and curiosity are the required skills for this profession.

 

CHALLENGES TO ADDRESS

Guided by her apprenticeship supervisor, Louise Beauthéac has the opportunity to work on a major project: the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard for quality management. A significant challenge for an apprentice!

UNDERSTAND HER ROLE

Magali Gerosa is responsible for training coordination within the group, as well as the development of employees’ skills. To address these significant challenges in an international company, Magali relies on an HRIS (Human Resources Information System): a dedicated system for human resources management.

Digitizing the entire human resources aspect (payroll, training modules, job descriptions, etc.) is an ongoing project for Magali Gerosa.

Sébastien Sécard puts his industrial expertise to work for Novarc. He organizes and plans the industrial operations for the entire group, simultaneously managing the various investments required for the company’s successful development.

Sébastien Sécard has only one goal in mind: to support the growth and development of the group in order to achieve the targets set in the 2025 strategic plan.

UNDERSTAND HIS ROLE

Since the acquisition of Koch-Chemie by Novarc, Vincent Bossert has been putting his expertise in the chemical industry to work for the Novarc Group. Located near Düsseldorf, Germany, Koch-Chemie designs cleaning and maintenance products in the car wash chemical, vehicle preparation, and industrial cleaning sectors.

Since 2020, Vincent Bossert has been supporting the establishment of a Koch-Chemie subsidiary in Atlanta, United States. The goal is to export the German quality standards to North America.

Vincent Pheby holds the position of Director of Development for the Motion & Industry Business Unit. His primary mission is to nurture existing products, envision those of the future, and provide solutions to clients.

Leading a Business Unit within the Novarc Group involves overseeing its subsidiaries in collaboration with the teams. That’s why Vincent Pheby is committed every day to develop the 10 companies that make up the Motion & Industry Business Unit. This role demands strong interpersonal skills and intellectual agility.
